Simple because once you get started running a business, it’s so easy to get caught up in #allthethings you both think you SHOULD do + #allthethings you WANT to do so you start tacking on extra things to do your to do list. I will show you how simplicity actually leads to MORE revenue + MORE impact, and how to prioritize it all so you can still do all the things you want to do but at the right time.

Profitable because what is a business without profit? It’s an expensive hobby. We don’t want that. We want to make sure that you are making PROFIT. That means that not only are you making enough money to cover your expenses but also to pay yourself! Sweet right?!

Online because I want you to have a business that allows you location freedom. That means that you can take your business anywhere you want: to that hip new coffee shop down the street from your house, a cozy little coffee shop in Paris, that brand name coffee shop in the airport, from your phone at a coffee shop across town from your grandma’s house, etc. Okayyyy, I realllllyyyy like working in coffee shops, but you get the point. I want you to have the freedom to work from WHEREVER you want.

Heck no! This is YOUR business, so you get to call the shots. While everything I will be teaching in the program is directly related to building a business ONLINE, many strategies still apply to having an in person business.

90 days? I’ve found that 90 days is a really nice timeline. It’s long enough that you can still have a LIFE while starting your business (yes, it’s a real thing). And it’s short enough that you don’t lose that magical momentum.

Wanna do it quicker? You totally can! I have had some people complete this in even 2 weeks. Granted, it’s a JAM packed 2 weeks but it can happen if you want. Warning: I don’t want you to go so fast that you get stressed or burnt out. We definitely don’t want to start your business off that way.

Wanna take longer? Guess what? You are the boss of your life + your biz so if you want or need to take longer than 90 days to get everything up + running you absolutely can! Warning: I don’t want you to take so long getting your business running that you either lose momentum, lose interest, forget, or allow other (non as important) things to take priority over it.

What I mean is that I want to help you find the skills, knowledge, passion, and expertise you ALREADY have, package it up into a drool-worthy offer, sell it, and make a positive impact on people’s lives. You have something inside your head + your heart that people really need + they will pay for. I will help you find out what that is + turn it into a business.

While this course focuses more on building services + digital products you can still sell products if you want. Most of the information will still apply if you want to sell services.

However much moolah you would like. Just kidding, but only kinda. While there are some outside forces that can control how much revenue we make in our business it’s still mostly up to you. I will show you how to create a simple profit projection plan for your business so you can set goals for what you want to make then reverse engineer how to make it happen. In the end, it depends on how much focused work you put into your business (NOT the amount of time you work).

No. I like to keep things very simple. However, if you have never done anything like this before (aka starting a business) then you will definitely bee learning new things, but remember, I’m walking you through every step! Remember, I’m here for you. Your success is my success. I am teaching you how to build a simple business + giving you only the essentials. If you want to take things further, I am giving you options to uplevel each strategy if you would like.

Nope! I am teaching you how to build an offering suite that meets your ideal audience where they are. That can look like services only, courses only, ebooks only, memberships only, etc. Or any combination of those.

I will tell you that services tend to get you the revenue you need or desire much quicker than digital products do. Digital products can take some time to build up to a ‘full time’ income. (Note: This is a very generalized statement + may not be the case for everyone.)

Once your business is launched + feeling sustainable then it’s time for the growth stage. To keep this course simple, light, and to the point (so you can get up + going asap), I only included the essentials for growing your business. I give recommendations on what to do + how to move forward depending on your path. I also have a membership community specifically for mindful business owners who are in GROWTH mode of their business where every month we have a new guest expert talking about a topic to help you GROW. It’s called The Kind Business Tribe, if you were wondering.

“Growth Stage” means that your business is launched, it’s making a sustainable revenue, and you are fully ready to take it to the next level.

The short but general answer: preferably, yes. While you can keep things super lean (limited to no expenses) when building a business, if you want it to be a little easier + quicker for growth, there will be some platforms you need to subscribe to, to get the results you want. I will tell you that I DO NOT want you to spend money on things you don’t need so for each time I recommend a platform, software, or tool, I will lay out what I recommend as well as some other price point options. I also am always working on getting you a discount on platforms + tools. (There are some discounts in there now just for course members but I’m always adding to it).
